:What is worth noting is that the compression on this engine before installing the larger turbos and N20 when it was Kurt's car was only in the 135 PSI range. :Now after daily driving this car for several months and making at least 100 passes with over 600 RWHP with N20 the compression is now between 155 and 158 PSI across all the cylinders. So my guess is either the rings or valves have worn in better under the extreme conditions it is being put under :)Even before owning a Z32 I had had people tell me that it was actually "rough" on a Z32 motor to drive it like a granny. Your statement seems to agree with that idea. I had a Z mechanic tell me to get the RPM's above what seems "normal" before shifting because the motor loves higher RPM's. I've always felt that the Z32 needs to be driven fairly hard on a somewhat regular basis to meet the minimum standards it was built for. Otherwise, it will deteriorate. Excellent work you're doing.
